Privacy Policy

This shop shares only what we need to serve you. When you place an order or send a request, we ask for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery area and anything else you choose to tell us — for example the item you are looking for.

We use these details to prepare your order, contact you about it on WhatsApp or by phone, and keep a record of your orders and requests. We do not sell your details to anyone.

Payment is made directly to us by MTN MoMo — the shop never asks you to type your card or mobile money PIN into this website. If we need a photo from you, it is stored privately and seen only by our team.

If you would like your details removed, or you have a question about them, contact us on WhatsApp 0501 186 268 or call 055 389 7601.
