Placing an order. When you add items to your bag and send your order, it reaches us as a request. Your order is confirmed once we check it and receive your payment — nothing is reserved or owed until then.

Payment. Payment is made directly to us by MTN MoMo. We confirm your order after checking the payment. We never ask you to type a card or mobile money PIN into this website.

Prices and stock. Prices are shown in GH¢. Many of our pieces are one of a kind — each item shows its condition, size and availability, and an item already sold or reserved cannot be bought.

Item requests. “Request an Item” is a sourcing service, not an order. Sending a request does not place an order, take payment or promise that we can find the item. We review each request and reply on WhatsApp.
